Jennifer Hoffman has spent the past 15 years actively participating in the Dance and Drill Team Industry. She is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University where she majored in Dance and minored in Speech Communications. Previously she has worked as the James Madison High School Spirit Group Assistant Director, and is a former All American Officer. Ms. Hoffman is currently the director of the South San Antonio High School Dancin’ Cats and the South San Antonio ISD Spirit Group Coordinator. She has  developed programs from the “ground up” as well as working with nationally recognized teams. 

DIANNE MARKS - Co-owner

Dianne Marks is in her 18th year as a dance director and educator and is currently the director of the Nationally Award Winning W.H. Taft High School Highsteppers. Dianne has instructed dance/drill team camps for 19 years. She has judged numerous local, regional and national level competitions (cheer and dance both) for 19 years. Dianne has been an active member of Dance/Drill Team Directors of America and Texas Dance Educators Association for 18 years, she has served as on Officer for DTDA for 3 years, she is a former choreographer for the National All Star Dance/Drill Team and has served on staff for collegiate bowl games as well as the Neiman Marcus Adolphus Children's Parade. Dianne has previously been named a Top Ten Director (in 2003), and in 2005 was named #1 nationally ranked director for Dance/Drill Team Directors of America. Dianne is married to a fabulous man named Jared and is the mother of precious Shaelyn Faith. 

TaShane O'Haver - Co-owner

TaShane O'Haver has been involved with the dance team world for 17 years, and dancing for 25 years. She served as member of the world famous Southwest Texas State University Strutters dance team. She graduated from Southwest Texas with a Political Science degree and a minor in dance and has been both a director and an assistant director in Austin, Galveston, Houston and San Antonio. She has choreographed award winning competition routines, her teams have been invited to perform in Hawaii, Florida, New York, and Paris, and she has been involved with dance team successes on a national, state, and regional level. She is currently the founding director of the Somerset High School Silver Dancers.

NIKITA BHAPPU - Staff

Nikita Bhappu has been dancing for 16 years and began her career dancing with the Dance Factory in Houston, TX. She has danced competively for 8 years and she served as a member of the Langham Creek High School Bailadoras dance team in Houston, TX. Nikita also served as a member of the Dance Factory in Houston, TX for 13 year. She is currently a sophomore at the University of Texas in Austin, pursuing a career in public relations. She is a former member of the University of San Antonio Chaparelle Dance Line and a current member of the UT Dance Team.

Trisha Morrow is a recent Telecommunications and Media Studies graduate from Texas A & M University at College Station. She attended Texas A & M University at Galveston her freshman year, where she was a member of the advanced performance jazz group under Debra Maceo. She is also a Ronald Reagan High School graduate where she danced under the direction of Desiree Kloza. She was a member of the first Silver Star Drill Team from 1999-2000, and became the first Silver Star Captain in 2000-2001. In 2001-2002, she became a member of the award winning Diamond Dancer Dance Team. Currently, Trisha teaches jazz and hip-hop at the new LA Performing Arts studio in Stone Oak. Through her years of dance, Trisha has choreographed numerous routines, competed in many contests and attended multiple workshops. She is absolutely passionate about performing and is eager to pass on her enthusiasm to others.

Kayla Persyn is a graduate of Marble Falls High School where she served as the captain of the award winning Starlettes Dance Team. She is currently in her sophomore year at Texas State University where she is a second year member of the world famous Strutter Dance Team. She is a dance minor and an education major at Texas State with plans to become a director. She has choreographed award winning contest routines and her specialty in dance is hip hop.
