TaShane Hill-O'Haver, MEd: Co-OwnerTaShane Hill-O'Haver is from San Antonio, TX and has been involved with the dance team world for 20 years, and dancing for 30 years. She served as a member of the world famous Southwest Texas State University Strutter dance team. She graduated from Southwest Texas with a degree in Political Science and a minor in dance. She also holds a masters degree in Educational and Leadership Policy Studies. The State Board of Education has certified her in dance, health, and as a principal. TaShane has been both a director and an assistant director in Austin, Galveston, Houston and San Antonio. She has choreographed award winning competition routines. Her teams have been invited to perform in Hawaii, Florida, New York, and Paris, and she has also been involved with dance team successes on a regional, state, and national level. She also founded and is the former director of the Somerset High School Silver Dancers Dance Team, which became a top competitive team in the San Antonio area. She is the former spirit coordinator and director of the Harlandale High School Golden Girls dance team, and is currently the cheer coach and dance teacher at Roosevelt High School in San Antonio, TX. Jenninfer Hoffman: Co-OwnerJennifer Hoffman has spent the past 19 years actively participating in the Dance and Drill Team Industry. She is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University where she majored in Dance and minored in Speech Communications. Previously she has worked as the James Madison High School Spirit Group Assistant Director, and is a former All American Officer. Ms. Hoffman is currently the director of the Nationally Recognized South San Antonio High School Dancin’ Cats and the South San Antonio ISD Spirit Group Coordinator. She has developed programs from the “ground up” as well as working with Cheerleaders and Color Guards. She judges competitions and auditions throughout the South Texas area. From experience she has learned the importance of a good working relationship with her Administration, Band Directors, and Athletic Department, in creating a successful and well-supported organization within her community. jennifer@edanceco.com |

Dianne Marks: Co-OwnerDianne Marks is in her 22nd year as a dance director/dance educator. Dianne is currently the Fine Arts Dance Instructional Specialist and Spirit Coordinator of Dance Teams, Pep Squads and Cheerleader Squads for the San Antonio Independent School District. She is the former director of the Five Time Nationally Award Winning W.H. Taft High School Highstepper Dance Team, the South San Dancin Cats, and the Westfield High School Lariettes. The Highsteppers achieved 5 National Championship Titles under her direction. Dianne has instructed dance/drill team camps for 23 years. She has judged numerous local, regional and national level competitions (cheer and dance both) for 23 years. Dianne has been an active member of Dance/Drill Team Directors of America and Texas Dance Educators Association (22 years). She served as an Officer for 3 years on the DTDA Board; she is a former choreographer for the National All Star Dance/Drill Team and has served on staff for collegiate bowl games as well as the Neiman Marcus Adolphus Children's Parade. Dianne attended Texas State University where she was a Strutter for 4 years, an officer for 2 years, and a Captain her Senior year. She received her degree in Dance and Special Education, with an additional certification in Physical Education. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Administration from UTSA. Dianne has previously been named a Top Ten Director through DTDA (in 2003 and 2008), and in 2005 she was voted by the DTDA membership as the #1 Nationally Ranked Director for Dance/Drill Team Directors of America. In 2009 Dianne was selected as a Director of the Year Finalist for Texas Dance Educators Association. Dianne feels her greatest influence on students is helping them find both their inner strength to succeed against all odds and a burning desire to perform at levels of perfection. Dianne cherishes the many relationships she has developed with former students and numerous alumni. Their work ethic and commitment have been the factors towards successful teams and long term goals, and her students and alumni have in turn influenced her daily passion towards dance.
