Cedric GardnerCedric Gardner was a top 14 finalist on the 3rd season of “So You Think You Can Dance”. He began formal training at the age of eighteen. While he started his own Dance Company “FUEL”. As artistic director for “FUEL” the company performed with entertainers such as Neil Young, Little Bow Wow, India Arie, and Fantasia Burino. In 2004, at the age of 20, he was in “the Wisconsin Lottery Badger 5” which was aired during Super Bowl Sunday. Cedric auditioned and was chosen as one of the top 20 finalists of season 3 SYTYCD. While on the show he was given a full scholarship to the “Debbie Allen Dance Academy”. Opportunities have continued for Cedric after appearing on the SYTYCD. As a working professional dancer from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Cedric has had the privilege of working with some elite and highly respected choreographers such as: Brian Friedman, Debbie Allen, Dave Scoutt, Mary Murphy, Mia Michaels, Napoleon and Tabitha, Nick Flores, Poppin” Pete, and Shane Sparks. His unique and innovative dance technique has given him the opportunity and privilege of performing with Gloria Estfan, Herbie Hancock, Neil Young, NE-YO (Macy’s Celebrity Catwalk), and Sheila E. He has also performed on “Macy’s Celebrity Catwalk Challenge” and “American Idol Gives Back”. Cedric appeared in a Wayans Brothers Production, “the Dance Flick,” and Disney’s “Step-Up 3D”. Juan Pablo Montes LopezJuan Pablo Montes Lopez began his training as a traditional Mexican and Latin American folklorico dancer in Diaz Ordaz, Tamaulipas, Mexico. At the age of 10 he moved to Texas and continued his training with Grupo Flolklorico Tabasco in La Joya, Texas. During this time he was introduced to ballet, modern, and jazz dance. After graduating from high school, he relocated to Denton, Texas to attend Texas Woman’s University in pursuit of a B.A. in Dance Studies. Juan Pablo was awarded a “Recognition in Performance” scholarship and attended the American Dance Festival where he had the opportunity to be featured as a soloist for choreographer and teacher, Mark Dendy in 2009. Montes works as a Supervisor Afterschool Enrichment Specialist for 21st Century After School Program at Calhoun Middle School. Juan Pablo is CholoRock Dance Theatre’s principal dancer, artistic co-director of Publicity, and Lecture Demonstration Instructor who has performed in Mexico, Washington D.C., Louisiana and Texas. He hopes to work towards his MFA in dance. Montes is also an experienced visual artist and uses all mediums to create his work. Jaime TrumanJaime Truman is a dance master with over 20 years of dance experience. Her training began locally at Arlington Dance Academy, and Texas Christian University. She later trained at the east and west coasts at renowned studios including: Broadway Dance Center in NYC, and in Los Angeles at Millennium Dance Complex, Performing Arts Center, and EDGE PAC as a scholarship student under the direction of Bill Prudich, Randy Allaire, Carol Connors, George Alexander, and Michael Rooney. As the former owner and creative director of Ultimate Dance, Jamie has had numerous successes and recognitions. Among these are award winning dances and choreography at national dance competitions, producing scholarship winning dancers at regional and national dance conventions, and chorography for high schools and universities throughout Texas. Keith GreenThis handsome and athletic dancer is gaining credits in numerous local as well as national markets. His exposure in a variety of media offer clients a well rounded and experienced talent. Keith is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, where he played football at the collegiate level. Injuries caused his sport to change to dance, and since then he has been choreographing and dancing consistently on television, in music videos, tours, commercials and industrials.He has been teaching energetic hip hop master classes throughout the country for over 10 years now. |
